Robin Marcus and Colin Baum have both been practising conveyancing solicitors for a period in excess in 25 years specialising in residential conveyancing and have an intimate knowledge of conveyancing procedures.  They have both involved with running very successful conveyancing practices specialising in residential conveyancing and producing substantial growth in terms of turnover and profits year on year. 
Since they set up easier2move they both have been extensively involved in the marketing of conveyancing and development of hip services and oversee the Operations in Rochford.

Karen Babington
Sales and Marketing Director

Karen Babington has worked in a lender environment from 1988 through to 1997 and was responsible for the development and launch of the first fee free remortgage product in the market to include free legals managed by a panel.
During her time at Birmingham Midshires she worked with Michael Jackson the chief executive to write their first 5 year corporate plan which the included the strategy of first choice – BM was the first “first choice” company in the UK brought over by Mike Jackson from the states.
During her year and a half as the first account manager at LMS she managed contracts and panels for Abbey National, RBS and Nationwide BS.

Since setting up easier2move alongside Colin and Robin, Karen has managed panels of solicitors both for remortgage, but more importantly for sale and purchase work for a wide variety of companies including Hamptons International, Andrews Estate Agents, the Frost Partnership and Peverel.
Karen won the inaugural British Mortgage Awards in 2006.
