Press Release: No Sale No Fee HIP

Wednesday, 11th November 2009:

Easier2move is today delighted to announce the launch of a no sale no fee hip to the market.

It covers homeowners in the event that the sale of their property either falls through, or fails to sell in a 9 month period from first day marketing where “sale” is classified as exchanging contracts.

In addition it covers the homeowner if their circumstances change through accident, sickness or redundancy for instance.

At the end of the 9 month term, if the property has not sold, the customer can make a claim to Conveyancing Liability Solutions (CLS).

Karen Babington, Sales and Marketing Director of Easier2move says

“This new approach to HIPs will give your clients peace of mind in this uncertain market should their property not sell, fall through or their circumstances change.

With instructions still thin on the ground it also allows you to offer a comprehensive no sale no fee service.”
