First Day Marketing
Easier2move plans for "First Day Marketing" which takes effect from 6th April 2009
On 8th December 2008 and 21st January 2009 there were further amendments to the HIP RegulationsA summary of the changes that will come into effect from 6th April 2009 are as follows:
- A completed HIP is required before First Day Marketing can begin.
- A completed Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) - a copy of which can be viewed here - must be included in the HIP.
- The HIP must include evidence that searches have been ordered but the results do not need to have been received prior to First Day Marketing
Easier2move’s HIP Provision
From 6th April, 2009 Easier2move will itself assume responsibility for obtaining the PIQ from the client and providing a completed HIP to the estate agent.
We have the necessary systems and resources in place to obtain the PIQ in the quickest possible way either online, by email, by fax or over the telephone.
