When transferring a house through a conveyancing firm, the next step is to agree on the sale of the property. The
licenced conveyancer obtains the title deeds and
arranges for the seller to fill in the necessary details. The conveyancing
solicitors then draft a contract and send this out with a
legal pack. The conveyancing documents are examined and any
enquiries from the buyers or answered. When the buyer and seller have arranged a moving date the buyer will ask for any necessary expenses they believe appropriate and also receive the legal documents from the sellers solicitors. At this point any other outstanding legal queries can be resolved.
Next comes the exchanging of contracts when the sellers solicitors or licenced

solicitor or licenced conveyancer and collect the deeds for the property.
