	Most introducers prefer to receive an electronic copy of the HIP only and this is all we will send unless otherwise requested.
	Please note that to proceed with the upfront online payment option you MUST have the clients email address. Without this the client will be unable to make payment online.
	Please note that to proceed with the deferred online payment option you MUST have the clients email address. Without this the client will be unable to confirm their credit agreement online.
	Please note that to proceed with the upfront payment option, you will be asked for the sellers credit/debit card details so please ensure that these are available before continuing. To negate the need to obtain the clients credit/debit card details you can choose the "Online Paperless" option, where they will be sent an email to enable them to enter these details themselves.
	Payment to be made 9 months after the date of instruction or on completion of the sale of the property or the withdrawal of the property from the market, whichever is earlier. Please note that to proceed with the deferred payment option you will (for credit reference purposes only) be asked below for the sellers bank and credit/debit card details so please ensure that these are available before continuing. To negate the need to obtain the clients bank & credit/debit card details you can choose the "Online Paperless" option, where they will be sent an email to enable them to enter these details themselves.
	This option is only available to Referrers who have been previously approved by Easier2move for payment by invoice. An invoice will be submitted on instruction and payment will be required within seven days.
	This option allows your client to pay us on an invoice basis. We will not be able to start processing the HIP until we have contacted the client and received payment.
	Payment to be made on sale of property. If property is not sold no payment will be due.
