Solicitors Code of Conduct (2007)

We comply in all respects with the Solicitors Code of Conduct (2007).

This Code provides that before any client is referred to a solicitor the client must be advised of any payment made by the solicitor for that referral.

Accordingly, you are advised that all firms of solicitors on our panel have agreed to pay Easier2Move a referral fee of between £175-£300 plus vat depending on the sale/purchase price.

This fee will be paid by the solicitors themselves out of their charges and not by you.

Any Solicitor to whom we refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice.  You are free to choose another Solicitor.

The amount you are quoted by Easier2Move on this website is the total amount you will pay. There are no hidden extras and the referral fee mentioned above is not payable by you.
